Litigation Attorney Wanted (multiple Houston offices)

We’re a growing Plaintiff personal injury law firm looking for a Litigation Attorney to assist our litigation department. The position will involve preparing cases for trial, drafting motions, filing petitions, managing a litigation docket with support staff and other litigation duties. Responsibilities:

• Prepare litigation cases for trial
• File Petitions
• Negotiate settlements
• Perform legal analysis
• Draft motions and responses to opposing counsel's motions

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree
• Texas State Bar licensed
• Must be able to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong Research/Writing skills
• Knowledge of personal injury law and legal terminology
