Therapeutic Touch Wellness Center is seeking a skilled, professional, and team-oriented Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness practice in East Brunswick, NJ.
The ideal candidate is passionate about therapeutic bodywork, committed to creating customized treatment plans, and aligned with a collaborative, non-competitive team culture.
Responsibilities:
Provide customized therapeutic massage sessions (deep tissue, trigger point, Swedish, etc.)
Assess client needs and maintain accurate SOAP notes
Educate clients and recommend ongoing care
Complete checkout and rebooking for your clients
Follow all TTWC policies and NJ state sanitation guidelines
Participate in opening and closing procedures
Therapists must be self-motivated and capable of working independently once trained and comfortable within our systems, while still contributing positively to a team-focused environment.
Requirements
- Active Massage Therapy License in the State of New Jersey (required)
- Proficiency in therapeutic modalities including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Swedish Massage
- Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage, and Hot Stone experience preferred
- Reflexology and Cupping experience a plus
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong assessment and documentation (SOAP note) skills
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable managing basic front-desk responsibilities (checkout and scheduling)
Schedule Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Evening availability required
- Availability for at least one weekend day required
- Ability to provide a minimum of 3 services per scheduled shift
