We’re seeking unique, skilled massage therapists who:

Bring a holistic mindset and care for the whole client experience.
Have a strong work ethic and love what they do.
Are open to learning and evolving their practice with guidance from our team.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
Are punctual, reliable, and client-focused.
Are comfortable using mobile booking apps, SOAP notes, and assisting with client check-in/check-out. 

Ideally live local to our business or have a reliable vehicle. 

You will be providing therapeutic massage to established loyal clientele, as well as build your own book of new clients. 30,60,75,90 Minute treatments which may include deep tissue, rom, stretching, salt stone massage, reflexology, cupping, contrast therapy, and more.

This position is open to those who have just graduated and would like the opportunity for hands on mentorship, and gain experience in the field, as well as seasoned therapists looking to work with other experienced professionals. 

Compensation
Hybrid pay structure: $20/hr downtime + service commission (starts at 40%, growth based on client retention and performance)
Tiered commission capped at 55% for senior therapists
100% of tips go directly to you
Opportunities for raises and growth every 6 months
