Responsibilities:
- Lead a cohort of analysts, acting as their Performance Management Leader (PML), and manage ongoing performance and formal review processes
- Oversee the Professional Development (PD) process, setting performance objectives and standards within the Operations Capability Centre (OCC)
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to Analysts, regularly reviewing dashboards for necessary follow-up
- Participate actively in recruiting and onboarding analysts, supporting engagement mobilization, and training
- Drive and share best practices in AI, automation, and innovation across engagements, and lead key MS OCC programs like Lakehouse Day and Community Impact Day
- Champion organizational change and ensure implementation of KPMG HR policies, leading capability programs, and supporting OCC-wide activities
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience supervising or managing delivery teams is required; project management experience is desirable
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or a minimum of five years of experience supporting client engagements in an operational and/or delivery capacity
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and more)
- Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas quickly and effectively through written narratives and diagrams; adaptable and strong collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and successfully in a target driven operational environment
- Adaptable and strong collaboration skills with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
