Job Title: Launch Boat Captain

Location: Sabine/Neches Channel

Job Type: Full-Time, Rotational

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Launch Boat Captain to transport passengers between ships at the refinery docks to our dock. This is a rotational role, working two weeks on and one week off in an on-call capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

      Safely transport passengers to and from vessels.

      Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed.

      Conduct pre-trip inspections of the boat and equipment.

      Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with passengers.

      Keep accurate logs of trips.

Qualifications:

      Valid U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License.

      Proven experience as a boat captain.

      Knowledge of local waterways, weather patterns, and safety standards.

      Excellent communication and customer service skills.

      Ability to work a rotational schedule (2 weeks on, 1 week off).
