About the Role
We’re looking for an Investor Relations Associate to join our growing Investor Solutions team.
This is a client-facing role at the intersection of wealth management, product strategy, and business development — ideal for a driven financial professional eager to help clients navigate complex equity portfolios.
You’ll work directly with the Head of Investor Solutions to expand Cache’s relationships with high-net-worth investors, family offices, and wealth management firms. The right candidate will bring both intellectual curiosity and client empathy, thriving in an environment where excellence and speed coexist.
Requirements
Client Development & Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth investors, advisors, and family offices.
- Lead high-impact client meetings, clearly articulating the value of Cache’s exchange fund solutions.
- Manage onboarding and follow-through with precision, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Business Development & Pipeline Execution
- Drive outbound engagement through personalized email, LinkedIn, and event-based outreach.
- Qualify and prioritize inbound opportunities, ensuring consistent CRM discipline and pipeline visibility.
- Partner with leadership to refine messaging, collateral, and market positioning based on field feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Marketing, Operations, and Investments to deliver a cohesive, high-touch experience.
- Translate client feedback into actionable insights to shape future product iterations.
Market Intelligence
- Stay ahead of wealth management trends, competitor offerings, and investor sentiment.
- Contribute to strategy discussions and thought leadership to position Cache as a category leader.

What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, investment consulting, or a client-facing financial role.
- Proven track record of building trusted relationships with sophisticated clients or advisors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills — able to simplify complex investment concepts with confidence.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio) and structured pipeline management.
- Series 7 and 63 (or willingness to obtain).
- CFP® or CFA® preferred.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial setting.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
