Envision is seeking highly qualified and motivated CRNA to join our team of dedicated CRNA's at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center in Globe, AZ! Earn between $400K-$450K a year for Full-Time. Work 3 weeks on and 1 Week Off Full-Time.Part-Time Schedule available as well. Work one week on and 3 weeks off.Our CRNAs experience flexible work schedules in a well-regarded and collaborative environment. With a recently completely expansion and renovation, CVRMC provides state of the art technology and care, with a comfort and modern feel throughout the 25 bed facility, 4 bed ICU and throughout all departments.The region served by Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center is a 65 mile radius which includes the towns and cities of Globe, Miami, Claypool, San Carlos, Superior, Kearny, Hayden, Winkleman, Tonto Basin, Roosevelt, and Young.Surgical Services General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Eye Surgery, ENT Surgery, OB/GYN, Outpatient Day Surgery, UrologyObstetrics Department of CVRMC 5 fully-equipped labor/delivery/recovery/postpartum rooms, two additional recovery rooms, and a nursery equipped to accommodate well babies delivered at 36 weeks or later. The CV Family Birth Center averages 20 deliveries per month.
