The Opportunity
A well-established, fast-growing law firm with a national presence across 20+ markets is building its marketing function in-house. We've invested heavily in digital over the past several years and have strong organic rankings, a large GBP portfolio, and active PPC campaigns across multiple markets. We're now ready to own this function internally and are looking for a seasoned operator to take the wheel.
This is a true ownership role. You'll be the firm's first in-house marketing hire, working directly with leadership and inheriting a mature foundation to build on and a team to grow.
What You'll Own
Multi-location local SEO across 20+ markets: rankings, content, backlink strategy, and ongoing optimization
Google Business Profile management across the full location portfolio, including new office launches and verification
Google Ads: full campaign management across market-specific and national campaigns
Facebook and Instagram paid advertising: building and scaling retargeting campaigns from scratch
Content strategy: blog production, landing pages, and local SEO content leveraging AI-assisted workflows
Attribution and analytics: building proper tracking and a performance dashboard that gives leadership clear visibility into leads, conversions, and ROI by market
Vendor management during transition, then full in-house ownership

Requirements
What We're Looking For
5+ years in digital marketing, with the majority in legal multi-location service industry
Deep hands-on experience with local SEO at scale: you've managed GBP portfolios, not just optimized single locations
Google Ads expertise: you've built campaigns from scratch and managed six-figure monthly budgets
Experience with paid social (Meta Ads Manager), ideally in a service business context
Strong analytics mindset: you set up tracking, build dashboards, and make decisions from data
Comfortable operating independently and building processes, not just following them
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted content creation and workflow automation is required
Prior experience at a legal marketing agency is highly preferred
