Are you a skilled gynecologic surgeon looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, high-volume practice? Ellis Medicine is seeking a dedicated GYN generalist with a strong surgical focus to join our expanding team in New Yorks Capital Region.

Our team is growing, and were excited to welcome a new surgeon to help meet the increasing demand for advanced procedures and fertility-related care.

What Youll Do:

Provide consultative surgical careno routine annual visits.

• Perform complex procedures including endometriosis resection, myomectomies, tubal microsurgery, and metroplasty.
• Collaborate with reproductive endocrinologists on fertility-related surgeries.
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with options for full-time or part-time work.
• Spend 1-2 days per week in the office and 1-2 days in the OR, with access to robotic surgery.
• Participate in limited call coverage, focused only on your surgical patients.
• Work in a collaborative environment alongside specialists in urology, colorectal, cardiothoracic, and gynecologic oncology.
• Optional involvement in resident education and research.

What Were Looking For:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Focused practice in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery is a plus
• Interest in fertility-related procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate care.

What We Offer:

• Competitive starting salary: $405,000-$430,000, with additional earning potential through productivity and quality incentives.
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
