Overview

Looking to fill the Outside Operations Staff for the 2026 Season. Must be able to work closing shifts weekdays, weekends and Holidays from April 1st to December 31st weather permitting.

Starter Responsibilities:

• Manage the first tee and ensure groups start on time.
• Organize tee sheet flow and communicate with the pro shop.
• Provide course information, rules, and daily updates to players.
• Monitor pace of play at the start and set expectations with guests.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the club professionally.

Golf Cart Management:

• Prepare, stage, and maintain the golf cart fleet, ensuring they are clean, gased up, and in excellent working condition.

Practice Facility Oversight:

• Maintain the driving range and practice areas by monitoring cleanliness, and replenishing/picking range balls as needed.

Member and Guest Experience:

• Greet members and guests warmly and provide directions or information as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment.
