Overview

Pine Brook Country Club is seeking a motivated individual to join the golf operations team for the 2026 season.

Located 11 miles from downtown Boston in Weston, Massachusetts, Pine Brook CC enjoys a reputation as one of the finest private clubs in New England. Pine Brook offers a challenging, beautifully maintained golf course and outstanding facilities with a friendly and comfortable family atmosphere.
Pine Brook has existed for the benefit and enjoyment of its members and guests since its inception in 1924.

Pine Brook is a classic Wayne Stiles design with subtle updates by Ron Forse, an award winning architect and golf course restoration specialist. The golf course can play a beginner friendly 4,419 yards all the way back to its sternest test of 6,568 yards. At a par of 70, the golf course offers a great balance between precision and power, all the while exacting a delicate touch to conquer the immaculate and subtly contoured putting surfaces.

Essential Responsibilities

Including but not limited to:

• Work assigned hours in the golf shop, to include opening and closing procedures
• Assist members and their guests with any questions/requests
• Assist the Golf Professional Staff with administering the tournament schedule
• Opportunities in Junior Programming and Junior Clinics
• Assist the Golf Shop Manager with merchandising, and rotation of shop displays
• Rangering the golf course as needed
• Work limited hours with the Outside Operations team
• Gain experience in all facets of the golf operation
