Overview

As a Golf Services Member, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for all members and guests at Kittansett. This position is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day golf operations, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere, and upholding the club's service standards.

You will assist with all aspects of outside golf services, including managing golf carts, handling golf bags, maintaining the practice areas, and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and passionate about golf and hospitality.

Season will last from May 15th - October 31st

Essential Responsibilities

- Member Service:

• Greet golfers warmly and enthusiastically upon arrival.
• Retrieve golf bags from cars or bag room.
• Load bags into cars or bag room and ensure all clubs are cleaned after use.

- Golf Carts

• Clean, charge, and supply carts (scorecards, tees, pencils, towels) before and after use
• Keep 8 carts in range line at all times

- Driving Range

• Check driving range yardages each morning
• Pick and clean range balls
• Stock range every hour

- Facility Upkeep:

• Maintain a clean cart barn and bag room
• Make sure water coolers are stocked throughout the day
• Wash/Dry cart towels and refold after
