Overview

This position includes working with an exceptional team providing exceptional service to members and guests. This includes but is not limited to player set up, carts, golf bag, range, golf course accessibility & tournament operations.

Experience Required

• Strong customer service skills required
• High-end private club experience preferred
• Ability to perform significant walking, lifting, bending, and standing
• Availability to work all days of the week, including weekends and holidays

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet and engage members and their guests in an enthusiastic, courteous, and professional manner
• Provide sincere and attentive service to members and guests at all times
• Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse exterior, cart storage area, bag drop, and parking lot
• Prepare and stage golf carts for play
• Maintain cart staging, storage areas, and bag drop in a neat and orderly condition
• Assist with the setup and execution of member tournaments and outings
• Educate players on course policies, cart policies, and pace-of-play standards as needed
• Perform range maintenance in a professional manner, including:
• Stocking practice balls
• Setting bag stands and range amenities
• Maintaining accurate ball inventory throughout the day
• Picking our aqua range as needed
• Maintain accurate records of members and guests renting golf clubs
• Perform other duties as assigned
