We are a modern indoor golf performance studio in North Scottsdale, built for year-round instruction and player development.
Our facility features multiple Foresight Sports hitting bays, an indoor putting green, advanced club fitting technology, and an on-site gym for athletic therapy and performance training. Our mission is to provide a premium environment for golf coaching, club fitting, and athletic development.
We’re seeking a passionate, experienced Golf Coach to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an independent instructor who already has an active coaching practice and wants a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled environment to better serve their current players while continuing to grow. You’ll deliver personalized instruction for golfers of all skill levels, leveraging our technology and space to help each player reach their full potential.

This is a contractor role with a revenue-share model, not an hourly staff position. We will actively send you new clients from our growing studio base and provide hands-on training in our advanced coaching, performance, and club fitting systems. Our goal is to help you grow professionally, build a stronger book of players, and develop as a high-level coach within a modern performance environment.
Requirements
-Proven experience as a golf coach/instructor
-A consistent lesson base and interest in expanding your player roster in North Scottsdale.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor
-Familiarity with launch monitor data and modern instruction technology
-PGA/LPGA certification preferred but not required
-Comfortable coaching players of all skill levels
