Overview

The Golf Farm is seeking an experienced and motivated Golf Instructor to join our team at our Tualatin location. This instructor will play a key role in delivering high-quality coaching while overseeing all group programming for both juniors and adults.

This position is ideal for a coach with a competitive golf background who is passionate about teaching, enjoys working with a wide range of players, and thrives in a modern training environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Competitive playing background (college golf or equivalent preferred)
• Strong understanding of swing mechanics, fundamentals, and player development
• Comfortable coaching with TrackMan and modern performance tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with players of all ages
• Professional, organized, and reliable
• Motivated to grow as a coach and educator within a team environment

Experience Required

Experience playing golf at a competitive level (college or pro)

Lesson experience whether personal or giving lessons

Work well with kids

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all group programming, including junior and adult group classes
• Provide one-on-one lessons for members and the general public
• Work closely with Golf Farm members to support long-term player development
• Coach juniors, adults, and competitive players in a structured, professional setting
• Utilize TrackMan technology to analyze performance and enhance instruction
• Collaborate with staff to maintain consistent programming standards
• Show interest in continued education, including pursuing TPI certification
