GOLF COURSE SUPERINTENDENT

A well established, high volume public golf facility located in the prime area of Orlando, Florida is seeking a motivated and experienced Golf Course Superintendent to lead all aspects of their golf course maintenance and agronomic operations.

• Oversee daily golf course maintenance and operations
• Manage irrigation systems, water usages and repairs
• Develop and implement agronomy and turf management programs
• Supervise, train and schedule maintenance staff
• Manage budgets, control costs and track expenses
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
• Maintain high course conditions for daily play and events

• 3-5+ Years of experience as Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
• GCSAA Certification
• Florida restricted use pesticide license
• Valid Driver License
• Strong experience with irrigation systems and water management
• Experience in budgeting and cost control
• Turfgrass management and pest control knowledge
• Leadership and team management skills
