Overview

This is a seasonal position between May 15 thur October 15. They will be the go-to person for all club fitting and club repair needs by the membership. This position is responsible providing exceptional service for fulfilling and exceeding member and guest expectations for club fitting and club repair, managing club inventory, club repair inventory, demo club inventory, building and maintaining relationships with members and sales reps, communicating and following up with members in a timely manner regarding their club and club repair orders. This position will be responsible for building networks, managing customer relationships, and assist with all golf operations as required.

Experience Required

Passion for Golf and/or Golf Equipment is required along with 3-5 years of experience. Must have shown a cetain career trajectory along with a track record of growth in sales in previous positons.

Essential Responsibilities

• Must be a team player, service oriented, and excellent with time management
• Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with members and guests at all times.
• Conducts innovative high-level fitting experiences
• Operate technology including, but not limited to: Trackman, Jonas, Golf Genius and Microsoft Office
• Provide timely service in club repair and follow up with fittings
• Utilize relational selling methods to grow business metrics
• This position will be responsible for maintaining the range funtion and appearance throughout the day with support from the outside operations team
• When time allows, spend time with the Assistant Golf Professionals to educate them on club fitting.
