Experience Required

• A minimum of 2-years work experience, preferably as a Class A Golf Professional
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with an outgoing personality
• Working knowledge in Word and Excel, and it is strongly desired to be proficient in Club Essential, ForeTees, Trackman launch monitor, Operation 36, Calligraphy, and Golf Genius systems.

Essential Responsibilities

• Team member in facilitating the Club's junior golf program, plus 3 PGA Junior teams.
• Organize, coordinate, and complete all aspects of operating a golf tournament. Tournament schedule includes Men's, Women's, Junior's, Couples, and a Member/Guest for both men and women.
• Person will be responsible for buying, managing, and evaluating merchandise in one or more categories; $1M in shop sales
• Assist buyer with quarterly inventories to ensure shrinkage is
• Develop and build a teaching clientele that is conducive to your responsibilities and schedule, while continuing to learn about the swing fundamentals and principals through educational seminars.
• Assist members with all types of club fitting and instruct in various teaching clinics.
• Proactively organize golf games with members and desire to play in Section Championships.
• Serve as an ambassador for the Club, PGA, and game of golf in the community.
