AMT is hiring Field Directors for Ballot Initiative campaigns across the country. We have immediate opportunities for our training program in Nebraska.

Our Field Directors are expected to Lead From The Front and collect signatures along with their team. This is NOT an office job.
About Us
Advanced Micro Targeting (AMT) is the largest Direct Democracy firm in the country. We have worked for nearly two decades to put more power in the hands of voters. Our team of petitioners, canvassers, team leaders, and field directors has been active in over 40 states, engaging with the public to give them more choice over their laws and their political representation. Some of our recent successes include ballot initiatives to protect a woman’s right to choose in Ohio and Missouri, raising the minimum wage in Nebraska and Alaska, and campaign finance reform in Arizona and North Dakota. We are always looking to hire outgoing, responsible, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team.
