Designed in 1922 by Donald Ross Kenosha Country Club has recently undergone an entire course restoration by Architect Drew Rogers making KCC the 22nd ranked course by Golf Digest in the State of Wisconsin, and the #6 ranked private club in the State by Wisco Golf Addict.

We are seeking a dedicated, service-oriented Entry Level Assistant Golf Professional to join our team. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience within a full-service golf operation while contributing meaningfully to the member and guest experience.

The role includes seasonal Bag Room responsibilities during the spring and fall, and full-time Golf Shop responsibilities from Memorial Day through Labor Day, when seasonal staff support in the Bagroom is back from College. The Assistant Golf Professional will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive, memorable experience for all members and guests.

The selected candidate will be exposed to all facets of golf operations, receiving hands-on training and mentorship from a seasoned professional staff with more than 80 combined years of experience in the golf industry. This position is ideal for an individual looking to build a strong foundation for a long-term career in golf management.

In addition to valuable professional development, this role offers an excellent work-life balance. With the exception of Member-Guest week, the schedule will not exceed 40 hours per week and includes a minimum of two days off each week, one of which will be a weekend day. This is a seasonal 7 month position (April - October).

Essential Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of customer service to club members & guests
• Greet members & guests upon arrival and assist them
• Keep Bag Room/Golf Shop and surrounding areas clean, organized, and professionally maintained
• Open/Close Golf Shop
• Answering Phone, Ring-Up Merchandise Sales
• Restocking and Maintaining Golf Shop displays
• Supporting Tournaments and Club Events
• Stage golf carts in a clean & organized manner for member & guest use
• Set up and monitor practice areas to ensure they are stocked and neat in appearance
• Clean and store members golf clubs after the round
• Take ownership of responsibilities & uphold a high standard of work
