Westford Veterinary Emergency and Referral Center is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to join our 24/7 emergency and referral hospital in Westford, MA. Since our founding in 2012, we’ve been a trusted provider of emergency and advanced veterinary medicine in the region. Our highly skilled team is dedicated to collaboration and delivering the highest standard of care in the industry.
As an Emergency Veterinarian with us, you’ll enjoy a three-day work week with a competitive base salary plus production earning potential, all while being part of a supportive team that celebrates success and focuses on delivering innovative medicine.
Position Highlights
- Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week
- No on-call duties
- Shifts available: 8 am–8 pm, 10 am–10 pm, 12 pm–12 am
- Occasional overnight coverage to support the schedule
Requirements
DVM or equivalent
Internship trained or min 1 year ER experience (may consider new grad or less experience if the right fit)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $170,000–$200,000 (based on experience)
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
