Anesthesiologist Opportunity - West Valley, $100K START DATE BONUS, earning potential up to $900K!! Valley Anesthesiology Consultants, an Envision Physician Services practice, is actively recruiting board eligible or board-certified Anesthesiologists to join our West Valley Division that includes 2 hospitals. Banner Thunderbird (level 1 trauma center) and Banner Estrella. Opportunity Highlights Include:Wide range of cases and acuity.All types of cases except transplants. (Bread/Butter, neuro, ortho, gyn, vascular, peds, and OB) (Hearts done by cardiac team members)>90% of time doing your own cases. (<10% of time supervising CRNA's in main OR's only)Numerous additional stipends for callOB and Trauma voluntary, but available to everyone as soon as you startGuaranteed Post 1st, Trauma and OB call day offHealthy economy of call (call switching, adding call, getting rid of call made easy through Qgenda)<1% time traveling between hospitalsExclusive contracts at both hospitalsAverage income $633,000 to $1mm40 days PTO year 1, 45 days PTO year 2 and 50 days PTO year 3, with the ability to use quarter and half day vacation if desired.
