Description

Participate in the buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance to FORTUNE 1000 and middle-market companies and Private Equity investors. Create and design tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues, including normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of management budgets, and indebtedness considerations. Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks impacting valuation and negotiation of target companies. Incorporate financial analyses into valuation, sale, and purchase agreements.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:

Up to 30% travel to various domestic locations per business need.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus three (3) years of experience. Employer will accept a single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or related employment experience considered equivalent by a reliable credentials evaluation service to meet the bachelor's degree requirement. Three (3) years of experience must include: Analyzing income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flows; Analyzing the financial and accounting components of Sale and Purchase agreements; Quality of Earnings, Working Capital, and Indebtedness analyses; Assisting on mergers and acquisitions in the Financial Services industry; and Applying U.S. GAAP and IFRS for revenue recognition, capitalized software, and purchase accounting. Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location depending on business need.

SALARY RANGE : $210,800 - $322,600 peryear
