Responsibilities: Provide guidance on M&Atransactions, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, dealstructuring, integration planning, and synergy and value identification. Developfinancial models, perform quantitative analysis, and develop presentations toevaluate the impact of strategic initiatives, including revenue and expensesplanning, cost-benefit analysis, and Returns on Investments (ROIs). Participatein operational due diligence, accounting advisory, and IPO readiness services,transition tax, financial management, enterprise systems, risk consulting, andtreasury services. Support clients in divesting non-core assets, and/orintegrate new business units, including strategic assessments, separationand/or integration planning, transaction execution, and financial impactarticulation. Develop Target Operating Models spanning processes, people,technologies, governance, and data.

WORK SCHEDULE : 40 hours perweek, M-F (9:00am - 5:00pm)

JOB REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree in Financeor a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the offered positionor a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degreeplus three (3) years of experience. Three (3) years of experience must include: Target Operating Model design for Day 1 readiness; Order-to-Cash;Procure-to-Pay; Record-to-Report; Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A); SharedServices; Legal Entity Optimization; Transition Service Agreements (TSAs); Charts-of-Accounts;IPO readiness; Liquidity planning; Cash Flow analysis; and Transfer Pricing. Telecommutingmay be permitted within commutable distance from the office location dependingon business need.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT : Up to 80% travel to various domesticlocations per business need.
