Responsibilities:
• Lead business development activities by identifyingopportunities, crafting proposals, and presenting integrated enterprisesolutions that align SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and its technical ecosystem(including SAP BTP, Datasphere, and Databricks) with client transformationgoals.
• Guide clients through ERP tool selections anddiscovery assessments to define the future-state technology strategy, build thebusiness case, and develop a comprehensive transformation roadmap.
• Direct large-scale SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud programs,ensuring on-time delivery by managing risks and dependencies, while alsodriving pricing strategy and overseeing all project financials to meet orexceed margin targets.
• Assess current-state enterprise architecture anddesign the complete future-state solution, defining strategies for tenants,integration, data conversion, and analytics while integrating SAP technicalservices with the client's broader technology landscape.
• Oversee the entire program lifecycle-from design andbuild through testing, cutover, and hypercare-managing global delivery teams toexecute complex initiatives and guiding clients through critical designdecisions.
• Provide strategic leadership to project teams to driveperformance and delivery excellence, mentor and develop team members, andchampion innovation by creating AI-powered assets and representing the practiceat external events.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personalresponsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of recent external management consultingexperience, including at least two full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloudimplementations and a proven track record in sales and business development,from opportunity identification to presenting integrated solutions.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate field.
• Deep technical expertise across the SAP ecosystem, includinghands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP BTP (RICEFW, CDS Views,Fiori), and a strong understanding of how to integrate tools like SAPDatasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Databricks into enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, global transformationprograms by providing strategic architectural oversight, defining future-statesolutions, and developing comprehensive strategies for tenants, integration,data conversion, and analytics.
• Exceptional program management and delivery execution skills, withexperience leading all phases from planning and backlog management throughbuild, testing, cutover, and hypercare while managing risks, issues, anddependencies.
• Proven leadership in driving team performance and innovation,evidenced by mentoring and developing talent, creating reusable AI-poweredassets, and producing high-quality, client-ready deliverables and thoughtleadership content.
- Travel may be up to 50-80%

California Salary Range: $175100 - $279200
