Description
Develop the design and delivery of engaging client experiences focused on emerging technology, service, and business model solutions. Design and deliver on a CX strategy by collaborating with designers, facilitators, researchers, technologists, market leaders and the wider firm, to capture requirements and design unique experiences for KPMG clients. Collaborate with industry and practice leadership to catch the signals of change related to business disruption, from an outside-in perspective. Create a clear articulation of the Ignition experience, including its key principles and elements that differentiate it within KPMG and in the market. Provide an excellent command of Design Thinking methods that will help establish the client experience vision and support the development of Ignition team members. Apply Design Thinking to develop unique points of view and solve complex business challenges for the firm and clients. Establish the infrastructure for the experience design capability, including Ignition's knowledge management infrastructure and a training framework to support the team's core competencies. Design and facilitate quality, engaging Ignition client experiences for C-suite audiences leveraging design thinking methods. Engage with subject matter experts and collaborate to bring the right points of view and insights into a session. Partner with sector and functional KPMG leadership to build a pipeline of business and relationship opportunities that help grow the firm and adequately position capabilities in a meaningful way.WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management, Statistics, or a related field, and 7 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 7 years of experience with the following: Working in a professional services environment; Summarizing and presenting market-related information to and for leadership-level executives; Business development; Project management; Design strategy and methods, including user-centered, service, behavioral, and experience design (XD); Working within a matrixed partnership environment; Leading design thinking sessions; Conducting research through a design thinking process; Preparing reports for senior stakeholders; Supporting external clients; Conveying business relevance and concepts to C-level executives; Leveraging design thinking methods; and Developing design-thinking based solutions that help internal and external stakeholders solve business issues through workshops.
Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location, depending on business need.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 25%.
Travel to various international locations required up to 5%.

SALARY : $122,824 - $207,100 per year
