Description
Manage and lead Information Technology (IT) projects related to SAP HANA reporting and Business Intelligence pertaining to Business Objects and HANA applications. Leverage project management skills to deliver IT projects. Manage large teams of software developers to deliver IT projects on-time and within budget, and ensure customer satisfaction for delivered solutions. Coordinate tasks with vendors and other stakeholders to drive IT projects to conclusion. Oversee and manage delivery of large, end-to-end software reporting projects by leading a team of developers to support already-deployed reporting infrastructure and identify performance improvements for systems. Oversee and manage application support and maintenance, including incidents and enhancements. Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver, implement, adopt, and support reporting technologies used by KPMG. Manage and define future IT roadmaps for reporting in collaboration with architecture and integration teams. Provide training in software development methodologies. Deliver IT projects using various technologies. Analyze business problems and develop solutions by designing, implementing, and managing SAP Business Intelligence Architecture strategies and roadmaps. Leverage experience in using various reporting applications to create and deliver reports based on large volumes of data and various business requirements.WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. required up to 15%.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 7 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: SAP and Business Intelligence; Working with business teams to lead analytics design sessions and deliver products; Working on IT projects involving development, implementation, migration, enhancements, and support in ETL environment; and Reporting tools in SAP S/4HANA, including CDS views, Business Objects, BI/BW, BW for HANA, Data Services, and SAC.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Developing reports and dashboards using Salesforce's built-in data analysis tools, including CRM Analytics platform.
Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location, depending on business need.
