Owner-Level Associate Dentist – $335K+ Potential 4 Days/Week & Full Autonomy (San Jose, CA)

Requirements

DDS/DMD degree with an active California Dental License

At least 4–5 years of clinical experience, with confidence in all aspects of general dentistry

Proven ability to run or manage a practice with little supervision

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Patient-focused approach with a commitment to quality care

Comfortable working independently in a modern, fast-paced environment
