Other duties may be assigned.Field incoming B2B customer support requests via phone and Salesforce workflowFacilitate quotes for non-stock special orders, delivery & set-up orders, and large volume ordersAnswer product related questions and provide information from manufacturersOrder entryFacilitate returns and follow up on creditsFulfill customer requests for proof of delivery or invoice/credit copiesProvide sales support to Jan/San field and IAM teamsProvide information to SPR branches regarding various programs and their service requiremenQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
