Description

We help our clients with classified ad placement in multiple publications, including but not limited to: real estate, employment and service directory. This position will handle a lot of our real estate photo ads/clients.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are important.

Computer proficiency and ability to multi-task (in a deadline driven environment) within different computer systems are also very important.

This position is located in Gypsum. Some hybrid/remote work options may be available once training is completed.

Mon-Fri days- typically 8:30-5pm. Flexibility for a schedule between 30 and 40 hours per week for the right candidate.

Help clients with the wording, placement, modification and cancelation of classified ads. This is mostly through e-mail but phone calls as well.

Contacting/informing clients when ads are ending.

Problem solving issues with ads.

Collecting payment for ads.

Help self-service clients with ad placement, questions and issues.

Pay starts at $20 per hour with potential for increases based on productivity and sales. $500 added bonus at 6 months and again at 1 year.
