About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven professional to join our Corporate Operations team as a Corporate Applications Administrator. In this role, you'll serve as the operational backbone for how our organization designs, implements, and maintains the software-driven processes that keep our business running efficiently.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building order out of complexity, enjoys mastering how software platforms support business workflows, and takes pride in helping teams operate with clarity and consistency. You'll work closely with the Corporate Operations team to design and enforce the processes that drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Software Operations & User Enablement
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for software platform questions and process guidance across the organization
- Support team members across departments in understanding and correctly applying established software processes
- Respond to operational requests and process questions in a timely and organized manner
- Identify workflow gaps or breakdowns and coordinate solutions with the appropriate teams
- Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base of process standards, common scenarios, and approved solutions
Process Management & Compliance
- Monitor adherence to established Corporate Operations process standards across all software platforms
- Identify where processes are not being followed and provide coaching, documentation, or process redesign to address root causes
- Conduct regular process audits and recommend improvements
- Uphold data integrity across platforms by enforcing consistent process execution and usage standards
- Track and report on process compliance metrics
Documentation & Training
- Align platform configuration to role-specific process workflows and department operational standards
- Lead process and platform orientation sessions for new employees to establish strong operational habits from the start
- Manage the offboarding process to ensure seamless transfer of operational responsibilities
Continuously refine onboarding and offboarding checklists to reflect current process standards - Document and maintain department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Review and update SOPs regularly to reflect current processes and best practices
- Create user guides, quick reference materials, and training documentation
- Develop and deliver software training sessions for teams and individuals
Continuous Improvement
- Develop deep operational knowledge of all corporate software platforms and the business processes they support
- Stay current on platform updates and evaluate how new features can strengthen existing workflows
- Identify opportunities to maximize platform utilization in ways that reduce friction and improve operational efficiency
- Design and recommend process improvements grounded in platform functionality and operational best practices
- Evaluate new features, tools, and integrations prior to broader rollout to ensure alignment with Corporate Operations standards
Experience
- 2+ years in Corporate Operations, business process management, CRM operations, or similar role
- Demonstrated experience managing and administering multiple business software platforms and business processes
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration and delivering process-oriented support across diverse teams
Software & Systems Skills
- High proficiency with common business software (Monday.com, Microsoft 365, project management tools, CRM systems, etc.)
- Strong ability to quickly learn and master new software platforms
- Experience using task or request tracking tools to manage workload and maintain accountability
- Working knowledge of data management principles and operational best practices
- Strong experience with process documentation and SOP development

Education
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred but not required
