Your role and responsibilities

· Design and adopt SaaS and IaaS service platforms where possible, infrastructure delivery slows down delivery.

· Absorb, Support, and participate in the delivery of IPv6 implementation. Strategy shall include migration of all devices, sites, and applications.

· Lead our effort integrating network platforms, services into SaaS/IaaS Cloud and Hybrid Cloud environments.

· Bridge talent and experience gaps between traditional less experienced technicians and cloud native personal; resources in this area will have to network between the two technologies and groups.

· Assist, collaborate, and engage cloud teams with problem-solving shortcomings for cloud environments that are network related.

· Continued improvement and exploration of products and services currently reside in our Cloud environments.

· Improve performance from the SDWAN USCIS field sites to AWS, all and any new ideas, designs and concepts shall be considered.

Required education

None

Required technical and professional expertise

• A minimum of five (5) years of concurrent experience with architecting IT solutions using DevOps methodologies in multi-cloud environments, inclusive of Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform or Azure cloud environments.
• Professional level certification in AWS, Azure and/or GCP
• Working knowledge of the Cloud Platform in which the individual is certified.
• Experience as an enterprise solution architect.
• Expertise in remote and office-based user integration, as well as hybrid cloud architecture, to include cross-cloud connectivity.
• Working knowledge of DevOps concept

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
