At our Rarebreed clinic, you can help reimagine the veterinary experience in your community. Client Service Representative

Animal Health Center in Rochester, NH

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Be the first point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming and supportive experience both in person and over the phone
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and online requests with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, ensuring a smooth and organized flow for both clients and the medical team
• Handle prescription requests, including processing refills, communicating with clients, and coordinating with veterinarians for approvals
• Provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding services, updates, and next steps in their pet's care
• Maintain accurate and detailed client and patient records within the hospital system
• Support the team by managing administrative tasks such as invoicing, payments, and documentation
• Help guide clients through their visit-from check-in to discharge-ensuring a seamless and positive experience
• Collaborate closely with veterinarians and technicians to support patient care and hospital operations
• Navigate challenging or emotional situations with compassion, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of prior experience in a veterinary hospital is preferred
