Description
Animal Health Center (AHC) is looking to add a compassionate and skilled Client Service Representative to our team. At our Rarebreed clinic, you can help reimagine the veterinary experience in your community. As part of our team, you'll work with the latest technology, gain access to state-of-the-art training facilities, and collaborate with a positive team to deliver the highest quality of care to the pet patients we all love.At AHC, we foster a positive and supportive work environment where our staff and their work is valued and recognized. Client Service Representative
Animal Health Center in Rochester, NH
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the first point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming and supportive experience both in person and over the phone
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and online requests with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, ensuring a smooth and organized flow for both clients and the medical team
- Handle prescription requests, including processing refills, communicating with clients, and coordinating with veterinarians for approvals
- Provide clear and timely communication to clients regarding services, updates, and next steps in their pet's care
- Maintain accurate and detailed client and patient records within the hospital system
- Support the team by managing administrative tasks such as invoicing, payments, and documentation
- Help guide clients through their visit-from check-in to discharge-ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Collaborate closely with veterinarians and technicians to support patient care and hospital operations
- Navigate challenging or emotional situations with compassion, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset

REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of prior experience in a veterinary hospital is preferred
