Description
My Journey Building MTG
Hi! My name is Cindy Weinberger. I moved to South Florida in 2018 and was working full-time in a very busy outpatient clinic, often seeing 2–3 patients an hour. I remember feeling like I just couldn’t give my patients—many of whom were complex—the care they really needed. It was frustrating and, honestly, a little disheartening.
I started thinking a lot about what I wished therapy could look like. That’s really where Mobile Therapy Group began—this idea of providing true one-on-one care, meeting patients in their homes, and building something centered around what we now call the MTG 4 C’s: Compassion, Competence, Consistency, and Communication.
In March of 2020, when COVID hit and I was unexpectedly laid off, I decided to go all in on that vision.
Now, six years later, we’ve grown into two boutique hand therapy clinics along with a thriving mobile practice, and a team of 22 dedicated providers.
We’re looking for a full-time Hand Therapist—either a CHT or someone who’s excited to become one—who wants to be part of something a little different, grow with us, and be part of a genuinely supportive team.
Who We Are
Mobile Therapy Group is a growing, CHT-owned practice, specializing in orthopedic and hand therapy services delivered both in-clinic and directly to patients in their homes. Our model is designed to meet patients where they are—improving outcomes, access, and continuity of care.
We are building a team of clinicians who value autonomy, flexibility, and high-quality, relationship-driven care.
We are located in sunny West Palm Beach Florida, one of the fastest growing and most desirable areas to live in the country!
