$375,000 Base | 2-Year Partnership | No Buy-In | $385,000 Year 2
A well-established, physician-led nephrology practice in Central California is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible nephrologist to join its growing team. Founded nearly a decade ago, the practice has built a strong referral base and longstanding relationships within the local medical community, providing comprehensive renal care across the region.
This is an opportunity to join a stable, independent practice where physicians focus on patient care, develop long-term relationships, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the organization.

Compensation & Benefits
- $375,000 starting base salary
- Increase to $385,000 in year two
- 2-year partnership track - no buy-in
- Sign-on bonus
- 4 weeks PTO + 1 week CME
- 100% of physician health premium covered (50% family coverage)

Candidate Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine and Nephrology
- Eligible for California medical licensure
