Job Summary/Description:

Join our team as a Broadcast Control Technician (also known as a Master Control Operator), where you will be responsible for the technical 'mission control' of our on-air channels. While we provide full training, this position requires an advanced comfort level with computers, multitasking, and following strict protocols.

Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Operate computerized automation systems to monitor signal integrity and troubleshoot broadcast errors in real-time.
- Perform quality control for all incoming commercial and program content to ensure seamless playback.
- Execute manual triggers for local breaks during live broadcasts and maintain meticulous shift logs and data entry.
- Coordinate technical status updates through clear written and oral communication to ensure 24/7 operational success.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED required; additional technical certification or equivalent experience in data entry and computer systems. (preferred).
