Overview

The Bay Attendant plays a key role at GGA by delivering outstanding customer service and operational support throughout the facility. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for golf, hospitality, or customer experience. Bay Attendants assist with customer check-ins, manage reservations, support equipment setup, provide retail assistance, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment

Essential Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding guest service and hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Capable of operating and troubleshooting golf simulators and related technology.
• Basic understanding of golf fundamentals; prior experience in a golf setting is preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform physical movements as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
