• Communicate on a daily basis with Director of Golf & Head Professional about day's events and operations.
• Greet members and guests upon arrival and departure of Frederica Golf Club.
• Assist with training and supervising the Outside Services Staff.
• Participate in the scheduling the Outside Services Staff.
• Analyze and review income and costs relative to goals with regards to merchandise.
• Select merchandise that will provide members and guests with the best selection possible.
• Keep a well-displayed Members Shop by folding and re-hanging merchandise.
• Selection of tee gifts, prizes, and special event awards.
• Trained in golf shop software to monitor all inventory information.
• Involved in monitoring of POS system and accurate billing on monthly statements.
• Maintain accurate records regarding rounds of golf, guest play and other golf information.
• Orders all supplies associated with golf activities, tees, ball markers, divot tools, etc.
• Assist with any special projects as assigned by management.
• Cooperates with the Golf Superintendent about maintenance issues that affect the playability of the golf course.
• Enforces golf rules and regulations.
• Organize and develop weekly men's tournament schedule.
• Assure golf cars are washed, charged and rotated per club procedures.
• Ensure that the valet log is maintained consistently throughout the day.
• Ensure the valet area is immaculate at all times.
• Ensure that valet staff members maintain set standards at all times.
• Ensure there are clean towels folded and ready for day and next morning.
• Help Practice Range Attendant with the set-up & break down of hitting stations.
• Maintain chipping area and putting green.
• Ensure member and guest bags are put away in proper storage location and in timely fashion.
• Update guest storage board daily.
• Clean all golf clubs thoroughly.
• Provide information on club policies and procedures, upcoming events and rules of the day to members.
• Ensure all areas are clean and ready for the next day before leaving.
