Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

We are a medium sized estate planning, trust administration and probate firm with locations in Las Vegas and Henderson seeking a dedicated, friendly and detail-oriented estate planning, trust administration and probate attorney to join our growing and dynamic legal team. We have two locations and are willing to work with the right candidate as to which location they want. WE ARE ALSO OPEN TO LAW SCHOOL GRADUATES WHO ARE PENDING BAR RESULTS.
You will have a strong opportunity to learn all aspects of our practice areas. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a willingness to serve clients with strong customer service skills. We do not handle litigation at this time, but are open to expanding our practice areas to include litigation, guardianship and other matters. We definitely have the work and you would never be bored!
Requirements
Duties:
- Take ownership of client matters, from initial consultation to final document execution, ensuring a seamless experience for every client
- Develop, draft, and review both basic and advanced estate planning designs tailored to the unique needs of each client
- Meet with clients, listen to their concerns, and guide them through journey with clarity and confidence
- Work independently to uphold and strengthen the firm's reputation through high-quality work
- Collaborate with a strong and dynamic team of paralegals and support staff
- Willingness to learn and handle crossover matters in probate and trust administration
Preferred or Required:
1+ years of prior estate planning, probate, and/or trust administration experience is preferred, but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active Nevada Bar license (Current licensure required, or bar results pending)
