Brookwoods Golf Club is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. As the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, enhancing member and guest satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth running of our club.
Experience Required
Knowledge of the game of golf
Customer Service experience required
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Weekend and Holiday availability required
Essential Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager with oversight of club operations, including golf course, pro shop, and event management.
Manage tee time bookings and daily front desk operations
Oversee tee sheet scheduling and assist with guests and members
Supervise and train staff
Uphold club standards
Help plan and execute tournaments
Handle customer questions, concerns and conflict resolution professionally
Open and close the facility as needed

Must be available to work weekend and holidays as needed
