Your Impact as Assistant Medical Director

This is a full-time clinical position that also includes administrative leadership responsibilities. As Assistant Medical Director, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our hospital by:

• Providing compassionate, comprehensive, and high-quality veterinary care to our patients.
• Fostering a positive and professional work culture where our team thrives.
• Collaborating with leadership (Medical Director, Hospital Director, and Ethos Regional Leadership Team) to drive operational excellence and uphold our mission and values.
• Supporting and mentoring the medical team, while serving as a medical subject matter expert.
