Pinnacle Country Club in Rogers, Arkansas is seeking a motivated and hardworking Assistant in Training to join our Golf Course Maintenance team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in turf management and golf course operations. This role provides hands-on experience working alongside experienced staff to maintain the high standards and playability of our premier private golf course. This training role is designed to prepare individuals for advancement into an Assistant Superintendent position within the golf course maintenance industry.

• Receive structured, on-the-job training in turfgrass management and golf course maintenance practices
• Learn safe and effective operation of larger maintenance equipment
• Gain exposure to irrigation systems, pest management, and course conditioning techniques
• Develop teamwork, communication, and time management skills in a professional environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required, secondary turfgrass management education preferred
• Strong interest in golf, landscaping, or outdoor work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced team members
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
