Albion Country Club, the gateway to Nebraska's Sandhills, is a premier semi-private 9-hole course renowned for its rich tradition of excellence and vibrant community spirit. Our facility offers members and guests a full-service experience, featuring spectacular dining overlooking Ruby's River, a comprehensive practice facility, and a high-volume tournament calendar. We are currently seeking a motivated, tech-forward  Assistant Golf Professional  to join our team and help elevate our daily operations and player development programs.

At Albion, we pride ourselves on being a  league- and tournament-driven club . We are looking for a professional who is not just familiar with  Golf Genius , but truly proficient in leveraging the platform to provide a "Tour-quality" experience for our members.

Additionally, player development is a core pillar of our mission. The ideal candidate will be an energetic instructor ready to grow our Junior Golf programs and provide top-tier private coaching to a membership eager to improve.

Experience Required

• PGA/LPGA Member or Associate  in good standing (preferred).
• Golf Genius Power-User:  Must be proficient in tournament setup, live scoring, and portal management.
• Passionate Educator:  Proven ability to teach all skill levels with a focus on player retention.
• Retail Savvy:  Experience in merchandising, special orders, and inventory control.
• Interpersonal Skills:  A "people person" who thrives in a community-centered environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Tournament Excellence:  Lead the execution of men's, women's, and junior events with expert-level use of  Golf Genius  software.
• Instruction & Coaching:  Deliver impactful private lessons, club fittings, and group clinics.
• Operations Management:  Oversee daily golf shop operations including tee time management, pace of play, and retail inventory.
• Member Engagement:  Provide exceptional service and professional advice, acting as a key ambassador for the club.
• Facility Oversight:  Manage the golf cart fleet, practice facilities, and club storage services to ensure "white glove" standards.
