The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall member experience by providing high-quality service, instruction, and support in extensive tournament program. The Assistant Golf Professional will work closely with the Head Golf Professional to ensure the smooth operation of the golf programs and maintain the highest standards of service. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and enhance your skills in golf instruction, customer service, and management within a fast-paced and engaging atmosphere. You will be responsible for welcoming members and guests, organizing events, and providing golf instruction, ensuring that every player, regardless of their skill level, has an enjoyable experience. • Assist in the daily operation of the pro shop, ensuring excellent customer service.

• Provide golf instruction to players of all skill levels, tailoring lessons to individual needs.

• Coordinate and organize golf events, tournaments, and clinics to foster engagement and participation.

• Maintain knowledge of current golf equipment and merchandise to assist customers effectively.

• Promote and sell golf merchandise while managing inventory and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

• Support the Head Golf Professional in managing golf leagues and schedules, ensuring smooth execution.

• Establish and maintain relationships with members and guests, enhancing their overall experience at the facility.
