Overview

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and personable professional, capable of providing first class customer service to a membership accustomed to the highest level. The ideal candidate will be available from April until mid-October/early November. The successful candidate will work within a team of seasoned professionals contributing to all aspects of the golf operation, while gaining valuable experience needed to progress in the golf business.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide first class customer service to all members and guests.
  Support the Director of Golf and assistants with the day-today operation of the Siwanoy Country Club golf program.
• Contribute to the coordination of all golf operations, including the Golf Shop, Tournaments, Junior Program, Member Service areas, and Merchandise.
• Uphold a welcoming, attentive, and professional demeanor with members, guests, and staff.
• Stay informed on current golf equipment, technology, and teaching trends to elevate member experience and professional skills.
• Assist and manage the receiving, stocking, and inventory management of the club repair operation.
• Manage special merchandise orders and ensure timely fulfillments for all members.
• Oversee the demo and rental club operations, ensuring accuracy, maintenance, and prompt service.
• Provide golf instruction through the Siwanoy Junior Golf Program.
