Overview

The Ledges is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Assistant Golf Professional to join our professional staff. This year-round position plays a key role in the daily golf operation and reports directly to the Head Golf Professional. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional service,
developing their professional skills, and contributing to the continued growth of our player development
programs

Experience Required

• PGA Class A Member (or Level 2 Associate)
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Golf Genius tournament software experience preferred
• Merchandising and retail display experience a plus
• Highly motivated and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with strong communication and leadership skills

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional golf experience to members and guests through their attention to detail
• Assist with all aspects of golf operations, including the golf shop, outside services, and tournament coordination
• Serve as a tournament lead for at least one member tournament each season
• Actively contributing to our player development programming, including private instruction and clinics
• Support merchandising initiatives, including displays and product knowledge
• Foster a strong and positive work environment among the golf operations team
• Maintain a strong commitment to personal game improvement and professional growth
• Continuously look for ways to enhance the member experience
