Description
We are looking to hire a New Adventure & Earth Expeditions Coordinator. This person will act as the lead Core Staff member to oversee the preparation, departure, camper participation, staff assignment and return of our weekly New Adventure Trips. In addition this will be the point person for our two Earth Expeditions leaders while they prepare for their 4 weeks of programming during the summer.
Nestled in the beautiful Allegheny Mountains of West Virginia, Camp Hidden Meadows is a traditional, coed, overnight summer camp for children ages 6-16. Our grounds are home to a beautiful section of the Greenbrier River, pool, and pond equip with a water slide! We are seeking experienced child centered individuals to join our close-knit and welcoming community. Camp Hidden Meadows aims to serve as a retreat for children, a place where campers and staff can unplug and connect with nature, fun, and new friends.
General dates of employment for Summer 2026 are May 28th, 2026 to August 24th, 2026

Requirements
- 21+ Years of Age, Camp Driver(training provided)
- Lifeguard (American Red Cross training provided)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once
- Experience working with children is preferred, summer camp experience strongly preferred.
- Able to live at Camp Hidden Meadows (housing provided) from May 28- August 24, 2026.
