What You'll Do:
• Work 4 or 5 day work week; Four (10's) or 5 (8's)
• Deliver comprehensive virtual primary care (intake through follow-up and escalation)
• AI-enabled care model that provides accuracy in record time

Qualifications:
• MD Required with a Clean Medical Record
• Active or eligible U.S. licensure
• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Candidate with a special interest in Woman's Health and Mental Health is a plus
• Comfortable in a virtual-first environment
• Willingness to leverage AI tools

Compensation:
• Starting at $240,000 + equity
• Additional incentive bonuses given quarterly for productivity metrics
